Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Do I need a reservation for a helicopter tour?

Yes, we do require reservations for helicopter tours. Depending on the day of the week we may book up a few weeks in advance such as sunset tours and weekend tours.

Question: Are the prices per person?
No, all listed prices are up to three people. Not individually priced. In other words, it's going to be the same price for a tour with one, two or three people.

Question: Is there an age restriction?
Yes we require all passengers to be able to sit in a seat without the need of a booster or a child car seat. We recommend that all passengers are at least 6 years or older - mostly because of the noise.

Question: What are the weight restrictions?
Our seat limit is 275 lb. All three passengers combined cannot weigh more than 550 lb.

Question: What do we do if there is inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather (i.e. high winds, low clouds, low visibility, snow or rain) we will contact you prior to your scheduled tour and we can reschedule you for another date and time or give you a full refund.

Question: Are we open year round?
Yes, we are open year round. Seven days a week 365 days except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The winter months can be some of the smoothest flying all year. The helicopters are heated so you can enjoy the flights during the winter months.

Question: Do we need to tip the pilot?

We do not expect you to tip the pilot, however it is greatly appreciated.
